My career with ASRC began as a Work Study Intern in the summer of 2023. That experience opened the door to a full-time role with Petro Star, where I held several positions that broadened my skills and gave me a deeper understanding of the ASRC family of companies before transitioning into Learning and Development. Today, I have the privilege of leading initiatives that support employee and shareholder growth through internships, mentorship, leadership development, and professional learning opportunities. Having experienced ASRC's commitment to employee development firsthand, it's especially meaningful to now create opportunities that help others learn, grow, and succeed.
—Nikki Peidlow, Learning and Development Project Manager
I came to ASRC through an externship with ASRC Federal and chose to stay because of the strong culture and flexibility that supports family life. The team has a great sense of humor and it really feels like a family that’s always ready to learn and grow. My work connects to the company’s mission by reflecting ASRC IT’s commitment to integrity, responsibility, and adaptability. Just as ASRC adjusts to its changing business needs, our IT team continuously evolves with advancing technology to support that mission.
